Avoid oil based products
Use hair products which are meant for oily hair type. Try to avoid oil based products rather opt for mild herbal hair care products. Apply conditioner only to the ends, avoid apply it all over from roots. So, that it will not hold down the hair. Choose hair products wisely.
Make a proper hair wash routine
Do not over wash your hair or wash them often. Make a routine of hair wash such as twice a week or thrice fixing those weekdays of hair wash.
Avoid using Hair straighteners,Blow dryers and Curlers
The more you try to play with oily hair the more limp and greasy they get. So, try to avoid daily usage of hair straighteners, blow dryers and curlers. They may get you good voluminous hair for few hours but afterwards it will loose its charm.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar the acidic properties controls the secretion of excess oil on the scalp. It maintains the pH balance of the scalp. Mix two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar with one cup of water and use it as hair rinse after shampooing hair. It will control dandruff and split ends too.
Aloe Vera gel application on the scalp soothes the scalp, also the nutrients present in Aloe Vera nourishes the scalp and controls the oil secretion. Keep it on the scalp for few mins and then rinse it off. Or mix it egg white and use it as hair pack, keep for 20 mins and then shampoo it off.
Multani mitti or Fullers earth soaks the excess oil from the scalp. It also maintains the pH balance of the scalp. Mix it with water and lime juice make a fine paste and apply it to the scalp. Keep it for 30 mins and then rinse it off. Repeat this twice a week to regulate the oil production on the scalp.
Hibiscus powder helps to combat hair fall problem by keeping the appropriate oil balance on the scalp. It also makes the hair bouncy and hair stronger. Mix Hibiscus powder and water, make smooth paste and apply it on the scalp and let it stay for 15 mins and then rinse off.
